These terms govern your use of the Scripture Pop mobile app ("the app", "the service"), provided by Scripture Pop ("we", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Scripture Pop helps you search for and watch video content related to Bible verses and topics. We don't produce or host the video content itself — we index and link to videos hosted on third-party platforms (currently YouTube, Vimeo, Internet Archive, and Odysee) and, in some cases, a small set of hand-picked additional videos.
Videos surfaced by the app come from a range of independent creators, ministries, and organizations across different Christian traditions. Views, teachings, or interpretations expressed in any video are those of that video's creator, not endorsements by Scripture Pop. We make a good-faith effort to link to reputable Christian content but don't warrant the accuracy, completeness, theological alignment, or availability of any third-party video, and content can be changed or removed by its host platform at any time without notice to us.
You agree not to use the app to: violate any applicable law; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems; scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the app or its backend beyond normal personal use; or use the app in any way that infringes the rights of the third-party platforms it links to.
The app uses an anonymous account to support features like saved collections. You're responsible for the device the app is installed on; we're not responsible for access to your saved data if you lose your device or uninstall the app.
The Scripture Pop name, logo, and app design are owned by us. Video content, thumbnails, and related material remain the property of their respective creators and platforms — we claim no ownership over third-party content.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular search will return relevant or complete results — availability depends in part on third-party platforms outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scripture Pop and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on any third-party content accessed through it.
We may update the app, these terms, or our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any part of it, at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
